• Domestic Shipping (South Africa): We offer secure, insured courier delivery nationwide. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• International Shipping: Global shipping is available. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to wear your SWC watch with absolute confidence.

• Return Window: If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Custom Orders: Please note that bespoke builds and custom-engraved watches are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
